I didn't catch her name, but this park ranger (center, with hat and flashlight) gave an excellent tour. At one point she turned out all lights and got us completely quiet in order to really experience what the cave was like.

She herded the 25 of us on tour with great skill and provided a wealth of detail in response to questions. Cheers to the unnamed ranger who added greatly to our vacation trip!
