Dead Drive In
As many people know, drive in movie theaters are an endangered species. Here's a classic example of a long-dead drive in theater that is located on Highway 50 just west of Fallon, Nevada.
As I walked by I could hear the creaking of boards and metal as they were pushed back and forth by the strong winds. There was something rather eerie about that.
On the right is the sign that once lit up to show people what was playing. On the left are the remains of the giant screen.
