Barton knee-deep in snow at Cedar Breaks Barton Deep in Utah Snow

To get a nice photo of an overlook at Cedar Breaks Natl. Monument, you had to walk on a pile of melting snow. Though I searched for a safe passage after taking photos of the canyon, it didn't work out well.

I sank up to my knees and passed the camera through the air back to Sarah so she could take a photo. Sarah soon sank in the snow a bit, but not to this level.

It didn't really get into our boots, so we just dusted the snow off and went on our way.
