Schnauzer History
The Schnauzer is a German dog breed that originated in the Middle Ages. They were originally bred as a general farm dog, and were used for a variety of tasks such as hunting, herding, and guarding. The breed has since been divided into three distinct varieties: the Standard Schnauzer, the Miniature Schnauzer, and the Giant Schnauzer.
